Due to the sacred and personal nature of our products, we accept returns only under the following circumstances:

- Products damaged after delivery
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
After verification:
- Replacement will be arranged, or
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
